The British Security Industry Association (BSIA) Awards 2025 was a truly memorable afternoon filled with pride and celebration!

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was electric. The fabulous meal, great company and plenty of smiles (including Steve’s notably tiny coffee) set the tone. It was a great opportunity to come together with peers and acknowledge the incredible work happening in our sector.

Another huge congratulations to Leah and Harry, both shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year. Their hard work, determination and growth reflect the spirit of Elevation Training Academy. Being recognised at this level is a major achievement and they should both be incredibly proud!

We were immensely proud to see our exceptional tutors, Steve and Richard, representing us at the awards. A heartfelt thank you also goes to our other dedicated tutors, Keith and Graham. Their collective passion and support shapes the high-quality apprenticeship our learners receive and deserve.

Although we didn’t take home a trophy this time, the day was still a triumph. Celebrating our team’s efforts and the industry’s accomplishments left us feeling inspired and motivated. We’re already looking ahead with excitement for what the rest of the year will bring.
