About Us
At Elevation Training Academy have over a decade of experience training and recruiting high-quality apprentices into the security and fire industries. Our award-winning training techniques and expertise allow us to provide tailored and holistic apprenticeship training that results in qualified, customer and commercially focused apprentices.
We also have a direct partnership with the ESFA (Education and Skills Funding Agency) which allows us to offer a unique blend of training methods that cater to diverse learning styles and are passionate about inclusivity.
Our Team
Jolene Taylor
Managing Director
Jolene sat on the committee to develop the FESS Apprentice Standard and has great experience in creating apprenticeship training curriculums in line with OFSTED standards. She has a 100% pass rate for EPAs for past apprentices and prides herself on providing effective, engaging and high-quality training.
Adele Benn
HR Officer
Adele has over 25 years experience in Human Resources and recruiting quality talent for the security, logistics and utilities industries. A certified Mental Health First Aider, Adele is passionate about providing a well supported and positive space for our apprentices to grow and develop their skills.
Katy Greenwood
HR Apprentice
Katy is our fantastic HR Apprentice carrying out her CIPD Level 3 qualification. She now has over 1 year of experience in the industry and provides invaluable insight into the apprenticeship experience as well as being a relatable point of contact for candidates.
