As we approach the halfway point of the year, it’s the perfect time to look back and celebrate the incredible progress, events, and milestones that have shaped the past few months for our apprentices, staff, and partners.
Congratulations to Leah & Harry!
We are incredibly proud to share that Leah and Harry, two outstanding members of our Elite Group, have been nominated as national finalists for the BSIA Apprentice of the Year award!
Out of a competitive field across the country, they are two of only six finalists to reach this stage—a phenomenal achievement that reflects their dedication, skill, and growth.
We’ll be keeping everything crossed for them at the awards ceremony, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated on the results!
Industry Engagement: CDVI at Our Academy
We’ve had the pleasure of welcoming CDVI to our training academy over the past few months.
Apprentices have benefited directly from hands-on sessions learning about CDVI systems and technology, delivered by the fantastic Hiran from the CDVI team.
These sessions are a brilliant example of how industry leaders are supporting our learners with up-to-date, practical experience that complements their classroom-based work.
Apprentice Visits: ORISEC Manufacturing Facility
We’re always looking for ways to broaden the experience of our apprentices beyond the classroom.
This term, several groups had the opportunity to visit the ORISEC manufacturing site.
It was an inspiring and insightful trip that gave them a deeper understanding of the production side of the security industry.
Seeing real-world processes in action helps contextualise their learning and reinforces the importance of quality, precision, and innovation.
Meet Our New Staff!
As Elevation continues to grow and evolve, so does our team! We’re thrilled to welcome four fantastic new staff members:
